Accommodations and Amenities
Soledad Suites has four types of suites: Business, Superior, Deluxe, and Premiere. The Business Suite is the smallest one which is ideal for a solo traveler while the Premiere Suite is the largest room with its own balcony and lounge area.
All rooms have the following standard amenities: AC, private toilet and bath with hot and cold shower, cable television, hairdryer, mini bar, provisions for coffee and tea, phone unit, and Wi-Fi internet access.
Rooms may come with one Queen bed or 2 Double beds.
Room Rates
Room rates are the same throughout the year which means that you won’t be charged a higher rate should you wish to visit during the holidays or in the summer which are peak seasons in the country.
Business Suite – Php 2,000 per night, for up to 2 persons
Superior Suite – Php 2,200 per night, for up to 2 persons
Deluxe Suite – Php 2,600 per night, for up to 2 persons
Premiere Suite – Php 3,200 per night, for up to two persons
Extra person is charged Php 800 per night. Early check-in and late check-out are charged Php 300 each.
Room rates are inclusive of service charge and government taxes. Free breakfast is also included. Breakfast choices are: Filipino, American or Continental.
Children below eleven years old stay for free provided they share the room and bed with their parents. Only 2 kids are allowed per room.

Soledad Suites is located at Lou Square, J.C. Borja corner M. Parras Streets, Tagbilaran City. It is within walking distance of shops, banks and diners; and a 20-minute ride from the beaches of Panglao Island.
Other Information
Soledad Suites has a coffee shop that serves cakes and sweets as well as Filipino, American and Continental dishes from 6:30 in the morning up to 12 midnight daily.
The boutique hotel also has function rooms that can seat up to one hundred guests at a time.
